Hello, I'm Looking to build my first boat this summer. Torn between the Petrel and the Night Heron. Main difference is I have to pay $90 (plus shipping to the UK) for the Night Heron plans but the Petrel plans are free with the book. Has it been harder building the Petrel? Stuart
I have about two hours work left to finish striping the hull.
It looks rough and ugly now, but it will be beautiful after sanding.
